𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐚 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭⚡: Choose something you already do daily (e.g., making coffee). 2. 𝐀𝐝𝐝 𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭➕: Attach the new habit (e.g., reviewing your goals while the kettle boils). 3. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 🔁: Build the habit one small step at a time. 𝐌𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: I’ve used habit stacking to streamline my day. For example, after finishing my morning coffee, I spend five minutes planning my top priorities. This simple change has improved my focus and productivity.
