In today's digital age, professionally produced video communication stands out as a powerful tool for engaging and influencing viewers everywhere. In our film here for Insight Research, you'll see how we've leveraged a variety of techniques to produce visually stunning content. 6K cinematic cameras, for instance, delivered exceptional image resolution, whilst gimbal and drone cameras provided smooth, dynamic shots to enhance the storytelling. However, the true magic of making films as good as this revolves around subject matter expertise, as well as masterful editing and the clever mixing of sound. These are the key attributes needed to produce high-quality video productions for organisations and their audiences all around the world.

This is the story of the winning team behind 'The Best EV Hub in the World 2024' which we filmed in Mandal, Southern Norway a few weeks ago. It's a fun watch and congratulations to DCC plc. We also hope that this EV Hub site and the many other EV fast charging sites our global competition documented have helped to moved the needle on strategies to improve customer experience for EV drivers on the World's roads. This has also been a very exciting journey for the Insight Research and Global Convenience Store Focus team here and I'd like to thank them all for the commitment and hard work that made this all happen over the last 7 months. A massive thank you to my colleagues Nick Scherzer, Lorraine Evans, Jenna Ferguson, Fiona Briggs, Carolyn Schnare, Anthony Wysome, Peter Knott, Paul Maunder, Evan Walker and Frank Gleeson. Together, we've used all the convening power we possessed to do our bit for the global energy transition. 'We all work together, we move the industry forward'; to quote Frank. Perhaps the world too. #bestevhub🌍

When in Finland… you’ve got to plug into the knowledge of an EV charging expert! 🇫🇮⚡ Our CEO, Asif Ghafoor, couldn’t resist sitting down with Tomi Ristimäki, Kempower’s CEO, to hear what’s powering the EV charging boom in Finland (and the Nordics combined) – a region with the highest share of charge points per vehicle in Europe 🎤 The highlights? Destination charging is on the rise, ultra-rapid Charging Hubs are building more trust with EV owners, and drivers want all the comforts they can get – these trends aren’t just exciting – they’re already in line with our own plans for the UK’s EV charging infrastructure. Our adventure to the Nordics alongside Vital EV Solutions is yet another way we're exploring and experiencing the whole EV market to power-up the charging experience we offer our drivers 💚 Another huge thank you to everyone who helped make this happen! I just watched this insightful chat between Asif Ghafoor, CEO of Be.EV and Tomi Ristimäki, CEO of Kempower, and it's fascinating to see how rapidly EV infrastructure is advancing in Europe. Here are a few key takeaways that stood out: Destination Charging: It's booming! As more locations embrace EV charging, it’s exciting to think about how the UK could follow suit. Ultra-rapid Charging Hubs: These are gaining trust among drivers—faster charging, more convenience. This will definitely help drive wider EV adoption. Driver Experience: Comforts for EV drivers are increasingly in demand. It’s all about ensuring that charging isn't just practical but enjoyable. It’s encouraging to see the direction Kempower is taking, aligning with what we hope to achieve with the UK's EV infrastructure. EV growth isn’t just happening—it’s accelerating globally, and we’re proud to be a part of this journey! 🔋 Looking forward to what’s next for EV charging in the UK. #EVcharging #renewables #UK

🚘 ⚡ 🔋 EV adoption in the US has a huge problem. People can't charge their cars conveniently 😭 😭 😭 👎 A McKinsey survey found that 46% of EV owners in the U.S. are unlikely to buy another EV, with public charging infrastructure being the most frequently cited reason Monta is already successfully solving for this as a market leader in 🇪🇺 Europe, which you probably know is several years ahead of the 🇺🇸 US in terms of EV Adoption + infrastructure 🇩🇰 Denmark has 40% of new cars sold as EV's 🇳🇴 Norway 90% 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇫🇷 France, and the 🇳🇱 Netherlands, 25% to 30% 🇺🇸 USA lags behind at just 8% - MASSIVE opportunity 📈 👀
🇺🇲We’re expanding to the US ! 🛬 🤩 And I couldn’t be more excited by this new chapter for Monta 🚀 🔋In America, EV adoption soaring by over 140% since the start of 2023 🚘 🗓️ It’s the proper time for us to cross the Atlantic, and bring to the industry actors the platform they need to take their business to the next level 📈 ✊And you know us, we come here with the big ambitions we’re entitled to: having 1 million charge points connected to the platform in just 5 years 🔌 ♻️Let’s bring clean mobility to new heights across the globe 🌎 ! 📰Read it on Reuters https://lnkd.in/dNzV3Rwj 🙌 Thanks to our partners and investors for supporting us passing that milestone and fulfill our mission for to bring eMobility worldwide: Energize Capital // GreenPoint Partners // EIFO // Creandum // Headline // AENU // byFounders // Pale blue dot // QuantumLight ✅ To Emobi for our partnership bringing first 120K roaming charge points to drivers across North America 🚘 ✅ And to City of Miami / Drive Electric Florida for the warm welcome here 🤝
