Since our launch as a #Frankfurt-based startup in July supported by Taylor Wessing Germany, COMESO GmbH has been on a mission to simplify and secure healthcare payments from the diaspora to loved ones aboard.
Last year, Ghana received around $4.5 billion in remittances (World Bank), much of which was directed toward supporting family health. Yet, healthcare institutions in Ghana often face significant challenges in managing, verifying, and reconciling these payments, resulting in delays and extra steps for both patients and providers.
Our Team is developing a solution to tackle these challenges head-on. COMESO GmbH ensures that healthcare payments are directed straight to healthcare providers in a way that’s fast, transparent, and easy to manage, so patients no longer need to wait for payment confirmations before receiving care.
