It's time to standardize on CI/CD observability metrics! When observing our #CICD we typically look at performance metrics of various entities (whether on the pipelines or on the CI/CD system itself), such as the pipeline run duration, the queue length, or the worker count. Now, as part of #OpenTelemetry's Special Interest Group for CI/CD Observability, we have a proposal to standardize on these metrics. Check out the PR by Christophe Kamphaus for full details: https://lnkd.in/dDASFuu7 Great milestone of the Special Interest Group (SIG CI/CD Observability) 👏 To learn more about the SIG: https://lnkd.in/d4By2kVm Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) OpenTelemetry

Excellent, this is something meshIQ is very actively working on for Global Banks who see the benefits of extending out from MQ Observability and Management and giving the DevOps the user and UI experience they are desparate for. 👍🏾
Inspiring

1wAn excellent use case of observability in devOps world .. will provide more feedback on build failure and code velocity
