A fascinating conference that Private Equity International put on earlier in the month. Some big comments from big names. #ESG was a hot topic and it was noted that "not enough attention is being paid to the vast sums required to achieve the energy transition" and that "global plans to decarbonise the planet are too fast and impractical and not compassionate".
