Breaking: Seasoned marketing pro now available. Kimberly Price will be picked up fast so you won't want to wait to talk to her. My personal recommendation on her LinkedIn profile is as follows: I am a 3X winner with Kimberly as a partner. Collectively, we worked together for 9 years at Del Taco, BJ's Restaurants, and Johnny Rockets Restaurants. Few can strategically spin as many plates as Kimberly without letting any fall. Her leadership was a key contributor to our department at Del Taco achieving the highest employee engagement favorability scores in the company. Across 30 marketing team members, we achieved a 100% top 2 box favorable response to "The people I work with treat each other with respect." and a 96% top 2 box favorable response to "I know I can depend on the other members of my team." Each brand that we worked on together, was always a challenger brand that had to steal share away from national brands that were bigger than ours. As a senior-level partner, she consistently provided critical strategic insights and thought leadership that connected the dots between where the consumer was heading and how we could get there to beat the competition with a fraction of their national budgets. She knows how to think big and spend up when you need to, or find the right resources to look like you did to win in an ultra-competitive environment.

It's not just about work- It's about making your team feel appreciated, it starts with small appreciation. The truth is, most people don't leave jobs... they leave bosses who don't acknowledge their hard work. It's a basic human desire to feel valued and appreciated. Look for opportunities to say thank you and show your team that their work matters! -Celebrate their wins -Take them out for lunch -Give them public recognition -Write them a personal thank-you note While these gestures may seem small- They can have a big impact on someone's motivation.

Celebrating Another Year: Reflecting on 25 and Looking Forward 🎉 As I approach my 25th birthday on September 5th, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey of this past year and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. This year has been filled with valuable lessons and growth: - Professional Growth: Working at PaymentEvolution has provided me with opportunities to sharpen my skills in sales and client relations. Each day brings new challenges and achievements that continue to shape my career path. - Personal Development: Personally, I've learned the importance of balance and self-care. Taking time to recharge and pursue hobbies has been essential in maintaining focus and productivity. - Building Relationships: I've had the privilege of connecting with amazing individuals—clients, colleagues, and mentors—who have enriched my professional and personal life. 10 Years at Cubet Ten years ago, at 24, I joined Cubet, and looking back, it's hard to believe how fast time has flown. This decade has been filled with milestones, both in my personal and professional life. I don’t feel the weight of 10 years, just a sense of fulfillment and gratitude for the journey. In the tech industry, where job-hopping is often seen as the smart career move, my path has been different. When I joined, I didn’t foresee staying this long. But Cubet’s culture and evolving vision have allowed me to think beyond just an employee's perspective. Over time, I've come to see myself as part of the brand’s growth and its larger mission, which has kept me engaged and inspired. What have I accomplished? Growth: both personally and professionally. I’ve learned how to operate efficiently, adapt to change, and drive outcomes. While I may not consider myself a “leader” in the conventional sense, I don’t see that as something to shy away from. Leadership isn’t always the end goal. What matters is the ability to get things done, and that’s something I’m proud to say I’ve mastered. As for what’s ahead? The tech industry is unpredictable, and while it’s tempting to make grand predictions, I believe the key is resilience.
