Steven Hoffman, your post makes me want to join your Wellcome team. Clear, simply put, stated salary and a glimpse of the culture behind the company's success paints a very attractive picture. Good luck in your search and thank you for demonstrating what transparent recruiting looks like.
This looks like a very important and exciting post but I wonder about opening with emphasising a salary of £200k. It is clearly crucial that the most skilled people are appropriately rewarded, but why emphasise such a high salary in the context of the majority of most clinical/academic posts?
But this information is getting to me late. How reality is it?
I'm interested,
Sounds like a great cause! I hope you find the perfect individual to help you with strategy and making our world a better place for all!
