Next time you're in a meeting and opinions start clashing, don't try to smooth it over. Facilitate it. Encourage the debate. Dive into the chaos. Try this a few times. Work to create a culture where confrontation and chaos is welcomed, owned and full of purpose. Don't rush to a decision. Let the conflict simmer. Let it challenge assumptions. Let it spark new ideas. In the end, it's not about who's right or wrong.
