HKCHSE is an affiliate member of the "Society for Health Administration Programs in Education" --- commonly known as SHAPE, a not-for-profit association incorporated in South Australia. Our Vice President, Dr. Fowie Ng, also serves as the Deputy Chair of SHAPE. SHAPE brings together health management academics & practitioners from Australia, New Zealand, Asia & the Pacific.  It is a community of colleagues who seek to exchange ideas on education & research, learn together, support each other’s programs, recognize achievements and engage with the huge challenges that face health leaders & managers. Its scope for “Health Services Management” (alternatively ‘Health Administration’) comprises the #leadership & #management of health care and like services ----- including but not limited to hospitals, health departments, primary care, community care, public health, health policy, and aged care & disability care in public, private, non-profit & voluntary sectors. The "SHAPE International Symposium 2025" will be held in Singapore & online.
