“In this challenging revenue market, everyone is chasing government dollars" 💸🏦 Because: “Governments are continuing to spend regardless of market cycles.” ♻️ I agree with Chad Anderson from Space Capital in the US. And many other investors are realising it too. Especially across the pond. Specifically to space in 2023, the year was second only to the 2021 peak for VC investment. What was seen as a risk for #deeptech and #spacetech (longer sales cycles with larger institutions) is now a potential advantage. But many of the industry's potential opportunities and mechanics (including risks and funding profiles) can apply to deeptech more broadly.
