As per my view, based on current trends, it appears that entry-level positions and jobs requiring up to five years of experience are being outsourced to developing countries. Moreover, positions requiring five to ten years of experience are often filled by staff from these outsourced partners who establish offices in the UK and transfer their personnel from their home countries. Consequently, graduates from UK universities, who spend close to GBP 42K on their education, find limited opportunities in the job market and often resort to working in care roles, regardless of their academic qualifications. It is imperative for the UK Uni, Govt to address this issue and create pathways for fresh graduates to secure employment within domestic companies, ensuring that their education and skills are utilized effectively. hashtag #UKJobs #Recruitmentinsights #UKRecruitments #UKITJobs
