Within Unilever’s Growth Action Plan 2030, we are concentrating our sustainability efforts on the four areas where we can deliver the biggest impact: climate, nature, plastics, and livelihoods. I invited Anouk Heilen, Global Head of Social Sustainability, to talk about the work we are doing on livelihoods; the importance of paying a living wage, for both business and society; the barriers to implementation; and the need for a mass movement to reduce inequality in the world. To learn more about what we are doing on livelihoods, please see here: https://lnkd.in/e2JU8Zra
"It's a win-win!" Crystal clear as to why more businesses, governments and investors should continue to push the livelihoods agenda forward. 👏
Very nice initiative. It's truly a win - win for Unilever and all those connected with the value chain. G.s..Satgur singh
Nice to see businesses stepping up in this way. A living wage shouldn’t even be a debate anymore.
Hein Schumacher (Sir) thanks for sharing this very important topic in today's work environment. Specially post COVID the minimum "Living Wages" standard has been impacted hugely across globe (understandibly so). We do need a #LivingWagesMovement👏🏻👍🏻😊🙏🏻
Very good initiative towards workers and its totally a win win

Great to see this interview and the wonderful Anouk Heilen talk about your work to promote livelihoods.
HUL workers want fair wages based on inflation ,cost of living. Doomdooma assam
