📜 Tech Talent and Salary Report 📜 Super exciting week here at Harvey Nash as our 2024 Tech Talent and Salary Report has been published 🥳 If anyone working in my network is working within Tech or Digital Transformation, I would strongly advise spending 10 minutes reading the key takeaways and looking at the figures. For me, this is super interesting seeing the growth of roles within the public sector compared to the private sector. Combining this along with our 2024 Digital Leadership survey, It is clear that we have a lot of catching up to do to be able to attract the best tech talent to public sector roles. Overall, my key takeaways are: ➡️ 50% of UK respondents are thinking of leaving their current role. ➡️ Despite no let-up in the headlines surrounding AI, only a quarter of organisations (26%) are "very prepared" for the demands of generative AI. ➡️ A third of our respondents (38%) never physically go to the office If you would like to talk about your own role, or roles you have coming up within your organisation.
