You know B2B content works when there’s an actual transformation and end goal for the consumer. You don’t create content for the sake of creating content, but you create content with an end goal for prospective buyers and out-of-market buyers in mind. Chalique and I developed this philosophy of “build your next customer” in 2021 with a focus on content. The idea is to get buyers in your category to adopt your view of the category and their challenges and follow your path to remedy ultimately building them into an in-market buyer who not only gets your product, but gets your point-of-view and way of doing business.
