The $880M+ investment is thanks to the unprecedented public-private collaboration with Monumental Sports & Entertainment Founder, Chair and CEO Ted Leonsis, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, the DC Council and Clark Construction Group. The reimagined Capital One Arena will cement downtown DC and the broader region as a world-class sports and entertainment destination, creating an ecosystem that elevates our entire market's profile and competitive position.
