“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.” We are thrilled to share the success of our collaboration with the NJ4S Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Hub. Through this partnership, we are empowering partner organizations to provide critical grief support services to students in their communities. 💡 Training Success: Our recent training session focused on equipping the NJ4S Hub with the tools and knowledge needed to implement our Good Grief Groups Curriculum. These peer support groups offer a Tier 2 intervention, providing students with a space to navigate their grief and reduce isolation. Why This Partnership Matters: Enhanced Reach: By partnering with NJ4S, we can extend our services to schools and students we might not reach on our own. Empowered Organizations: Training local hubs means more professionals are equipped to support the emotional well-being of students. Community Impact: Together, we are building a network of support that strengthens our communities and ensures no student has to grieve alone. Thank you to the NJ4S Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Hub for partnering with us and helping amplify our impact. Together, we are making a difference! 👉 For more information on how to bring these free services to your school, visit https://ow.ly/aZ2b50StYVe #Grief #GriefSupport #GoodGriefNJ #NJ4S #YouthWellness #MentalHealth #CommunitySupport #GriefSupport #FreeServices #StudentSupport #HunterdonCounty #SomersetCounty #WarrenCounty

I have a passion project that helps student athletes and parents with resources on mental health, alcohol, and drug prevention, educational, and other resources, @NILInsight. I recently had an awesome conversation with the Executive Director of Champions for Literacy, Jason Baker, who leads this amazing non-profit that utilizes the power of sports to impact childhood reading. They partner with sports teams, athletes at all levels, and corporate partners to ensure all kids are inspired to become great readers. Their core principles are founded on: 1. Reading is transformative. 2. Sports have the unique ability to rally communities around this cause. Please visit www.championsforlit.org or email [email protected] for more information. “Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body."

✨🧑🤝🧑 Back to School Month | Week 2: Build Your Support System 🧑🤝🧑✨ Welcome to Week 2 of our August series focused on supporting students in recovery! This week's theme is all about building a strong support system. Here are some strategies to help you connect and thrive: ✔ Peer Support Groups: Join a peer support group where you can share experiences, strength, and hope with fellow students in recovery. ✔ Engage with Mentors/Counselors: Reach out to mentors, counselors, or trusted teachers who can provide guidance, support, and a listening ear. ✔ Utilize School Resources: Take advantage of the resources available at your school, such as counseling services, academic support, and wellness programs. ✔ Search for Community Recovery Programs/Events: Look for recovery programs and events in your community. Engaging in local activities can help you build a wider support network and find additional resources. Let's focus on creating a strong support system to help us succeed and thrive this school year! #AegisTreatmentCenters #SupportSystem #PeerSupport #SchoolResources #CommunityRecovery
