By experimenting, testing, and understanding which use cases demonstrate the most value, agencies can calibrate the correct level of investment for their business and align products and services to what clients truly value and need. I firmly believe that value-based pricing tied to realistic factors, achievements, and goals—rather than hype—will be essential for sustainable growth. As we navigate this new landscape, it's important to remember that generative AI is not here to replace us, but to complement and enhance our work.
