𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳👇 One of the best ways to understand and experience losses is to go and see them for yourself. 🔎 Take the opportunity now to visit the shop floor in your workplace or observe an administrative process to see what losses you can see. ➡️ 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is one of the three main processes that operational excellence requires. To fully understand a loss so that you can attack it, eradicate it, and prevent it from returning, you need to collect data. ➡️ 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is a process where we fully understand one loss, assign one improvement team to eradicate that loss, and always aim for zero. ➡️ 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 has two meanings. One is, if you have eradicated a loss, how do you make sure that the loss doesn't come back again? So preventing losses from coming back requires, for example, good communication with people involved, training, new standards, one point lessons.
