Access Training want to support more aspiring and existing managers with their career development so if you’re looking for ways to develop yourself or your team please read on or watch my video! The Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship lasts for around 18 months and has monthly day release at our center on Team Valley. You’ll spend the rest of your time in the workplace completing course work based on the sessions that you have attended as well as putting the new skills that you learn in to practice. We will support you to help build a portfolio of evidence to showcase your talents which goes towards your final assessment to gain your qualification. KEEP ANY EYE OUT FOR MY NEXT MYTHBUSTER…………… I'm planning to do a post about off the job training – the term itself causes a little confusion and people think that you have to lock yourself away in a training room for a full day every week but rest assured, this isn’t the case – unless that’s what you want to do of course!
