Hello LinkedIn network, As I turn the page to a new chapter, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible 18 years I've spent with Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson. Tomorrow marks my last day, and it's bittersweet. Throughout my career here, I have been fortunate to serve in 9 different roles, spanning MedTech and Consumer Health. These roles have not only challenged me but also allowed me to grow alongside a community of talented individuals. The support and professionalism you all have shown have enriched my professional journey, making every challenge a shared adventure and every success a collective triumph. I am grateful for the friendships and collaborations we've built, which I will carry with me as lasting treasures. I would like to thank my managers: Bram Faber, Mark Robinson, Mireille Maes, Bruce Armstrong, Nalan Tamtekin, Beatrijs Mertens, Trent Loveless, and most recently Kirstie Ross and Gislaine Coelho, whom I’ve been very fortunate to serve under, all playing an influential role in shaping my own leadership journey and career growth. A big thank you also goes to all my direct reports, mentors, mentees, and business partners for making this journey unforgettable and enabling me to achieve much success over the years. While I am super excited for what lies ahead, I will always cherish the memories and experiences from my time here. I look forward to staying connected and hope our paths cross again. Thank you all for your part in my journey. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavors, and more than anything, I hope you stay happy and healthy! ☺️ Warm regards, Gareth
