Technical Support Engineer @ Moniepoint Group • DevOps ☁️ • Cloud Migration • 5x AWS • 2x Azure • Platform Engineer • AWS Community Builder 🤝
Embracing and reading technical documentation specific to a product from the vendor is central to becoming a good application engineer, cloud engineer, or DevOps engineer. Your knowledge or growth will plateau if you find online documentation boring and abstruse. I figured early enough that whatever update is/was released will always be stated on the vendor's documentation website, including guidelines and pitfalls. Further to this, the best way to start learning the base minimum to hit the ground running is to consult your vendor's documentation. Try this and thank me later. #engineer #handson #growth #documentation
