After a very busy month, we are thrilled to announce the completion of another investment deal in the Scottish startup market. We have partnered with Scottish Enterprise to invest in Clinical IT (trading as EKORA), who are a specialist healthcare IT development company, designed by clinicians to be at the heart of cardiology departments. Clinical IT’s Chairman Richard Beattie said: “We are proud to provide a critical clinical solution covering a third of the Scottish population, rising to two-thirds in the coming months. This investment round will enable us to respond to the accelerating demand and market pull we are experiencing from Europe and Australasia, as well as the other regions of the UK. It will also facilitate our ongoing innovation as we continue to expand into other areas of patient care.” Gabriel Gatekeeper Gillian MacAulay said: “2024 has been a great investment year for us, and we’re thrilled to welcome yet another innovative startup to our portfolio. We look forward to seeing Clinical IT scale with our support.” #investinScotland
