Over the years, I have been empowering HR leaders to increase their infuence, lead strategic discussions and drive impactful change within their organizations. I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with forward-thinking People Leaders from leading companies who are focused on enhancing their leadership skills and becoming proficient in innovative People Strategies and HR Tech. However, I must be honest: many HR leaders still struggle to take ownership of future-focused themes or evolve their own roles and the People function as a whole.
