I always tell myself "I'll go Maccies for lunch and have a salad or a grilled chicken wrap" before crying 15 mins later on the A50 after I've smashed out a large Big Mac meal & double cheeseburger. Maccies saw a positive impact on their overall sales, including burger sales, when they introduced salads and other healthier options to their menu. It attracted a set of new healthier customers and buyers like me who love the illusion of choice. If you want to be dancing like my man below and you sell any products online, you need to make sure at checkout you're offering multiple delivery options. We all like free/cheap delivery, but if I'm in Aus and I can choose a free 8-13 day postal option or an Express 2-4 day for $20 - My chimp brain is getting my goods faster and leaving me arguing with my Mrs about my spending later. Choice is king 👑 Squeeze those extra sales! #Ecommerce #Retailers #InternationalGrowth

Is a delivery date picker a good idea for your checkout? 🗓 That really depends on what you’re selling. It’s a real conversion booster for gifts, some food (like chocolate, ice-cream, seafood), and other time-sensitive packages (like plants). Some brands only offer it for specific SKUs and even pair it with special packaging directions like dry ice packaging, batch tracing, and others. Ultimately if you think your customers would find it helpful, definitely try it out, it really sets some checkouts apart, in a powerful loyalty-building type of way.

Day 75/100, Imagine you own a small bakery and you're curious about how many customers will walk in each hour. You notice that, on average, about five customers come in every hour, but this number can vary. One day, you decide to keep track of how often different numbers of customers arrive in an hour. Sometimes, no one shows up, sometimes it's exactly five, and other times it might be seven or even ten customers. This situation can be modeled by a Poisson distribution. The Poisson distribution helps you understand the probability of a given number of events happening in a fixed interval of time or space, based on the average rate of those events. So, in your bakery, the Poisson distribution can tell you the probability of having exactly zero customers, five customers, or any other number of customers in an hour, given that the average rate is five per hour. It’s like a guide that shows you how likely different customer counts are, based on your average rate of five customers per hour.

Here’s a thought: your box says a lot about your business. If it’s plain and boring, that’s kinda how your brand comes across. But if it’s vibrant, creative, and tells a story—now that’s something people remember. Think of your box like the intro to your menu. It sets the tone before they even take a bite. Custom boxes? They’re not just packaging; they’re the first chapter of your brand’s story. What’s your box saying about you? Why You Should Call Procurement Early—A Funny Take Picture this: You’re hosting a big breakfast. You’ve got cereal, coffee, and pancakes ready to go. Everything’s perfect… except someone yells last minute: “WHERE’S THE MILK?! WE NEED MILK NOW!” 🥛🚨 What happens next? You rush to the store, grab the first carton you see, and bam—turns out it’s expired, lactose-free, and costs three times the usual price. Not great, right? 😬 Here’s What Happens When You Call Procurement Early 🎩✨ Magic! • You want milk? We’ll get you the freshest, creamiest milk straight from happy cows. 🐄 • You want it cheap? We’ll find the best price and throw in a discount for good measure. 💰 • Worried about risks? We’ll make sure it’s not past its expiration date. 🛡️ • Need quality? We’ll deliver gold-standard milk that’s practically Michelin-starred. 🥇 What Happens If You Wait Too Long? • Urgent Requests turn into frantic dashes to overpriced corner shops. • Complaints pour in faster than spilled milk. • And, of course, it’s Procurement’s fault there’s no milk in the coffee. ☕ So, let’s make a deal: 🚨 If 10%+ of your requests are “urgent,” you’re not calling us soon enough. Engage Procurement early, and we’ll make sure everyone’s happy, caffeinated, and complaint-free. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck with… powdered milk. 🥶

Happy June Friends! 😆 😆 When it comes to cheese sticks that are packaged, the producer often places eight or ten sticks in each box. In this manner, when a customer purchases a product, they may see the stick count, such as "8" or "10," right on the box. This facilitates counting sales and inventory as well as helping customers see how many cheese sticks are in each box. So how do producers manage this sort of counting and bagging? Watch our video to learn more! 🤖 🤖 🤖 #cheesestick #cheesestickpackaging #countingandfillingpackaging #automaticpackaging #palitodequeso #envasadodepalitosdequeso #envasadodeconteoyllenad #envasadoautomático #сырныепалочки #упаковкасырныхпалочек #упаковкадляподсчетаинаполнения #автоматическаяупаковка

Imagine Sara’s Sweets, a fictional bakery excelling in online custom orders and daily cafe supplies. While unique cakes soar during weddings and holidays, cafes need consistent, daily batches. Using the same supply strategy for both? That's a recipe for disaster, risking inefficiencies and potential business collapse. Is your business making the same mistake? Tailoring supply chain strategies to different customer segments isn’t just smart; it’s crucial for survival. #supplychainplanning #supplychainmanagement
