I regurgitate this statistic every now and then, as it hits home how much care companies (and Care Managers / Owners) struggle to find, and keep good people. It shouldn't be hard to achieve, yet there are so many people and too many companies that cash in on the situation through providing 'answers' to the problem. The issue is that these 'answers' are usually like putting a plaster over a puncture on a popped tyre. It never works in the long term. Through re-evaluating your processes in recruitment & retention, and automating as much of it as possible; the benefits stack up over time like a Warren Buffet investment...
