There really is a different based on where you’re at emotionally, mentally, geographically, physically, wherein you can be a asset to a team, but it’s not for everyone.
Notice the amount of scrum/agile masters on your news feed. It’s not just about creating a product, it’s the team building, the brainstorming, the organization, the delegating, it’s a brand new system.
If you haven’t yet, I would recommend taking a basic scrum program and seeing what other transferable skills you can take from it, and not just what the title entails.
Take advantage of the premium aspect of LinkedIn. It’s personal growth education that will prove valuable to you upon entering the work place and your teachings are blatantly obvious in your behaviour, thought processes, and development of work.
