At Fi, we're committed to fostering an inclusive environment. Through Fi Elevate, our exclusive networking forum for women, we aim to create a safe space for young folks to connect, share experiences, and advance their careers while having fun. We recently hosted a series of sessions — including one on Women's Health, Inclusivity Roadmap for 2025, and a Speed-Mentoring session led by Poornima, Priyanka, Prasanna, Arvind, Neeraj, Sumit, and Sujith. The event brought women across teams together to discuss personal growth and leadership development, paving the path for holistic development. The session reaffirmed our commitment to nurturing talent and shaping future leaders.

This week I facilitated a Lean In Circle for women leaders across Whole Foods Market. Facilitating a Lean In circle is not just about leading discussions; it's about nurturing growth, fostering empowerment, and paving the way for women in leadership. The facilitator experience was incredibly fulfilling, and a chance to “give back” exposure to personal growth, learning and development. When we invest in women in leadership, we're not just shaping leaders; we're shaping a brighter, more inclusive future. https://leanin.org/circles
Behind every woman is a Circle of women. Make it official.

Have you ever felt alone in your ambition? Like you have big dreams, but the world around you doesn’t quite understand? One of my clients shared her experience: "I’ve had family say, ‘You have enough—why do you want more?’ But I’m ambitious. And as women, that can feel uncomfortable to own." It’s common for high-achieving women to feel this way. The pressure, the judgment, the isolation—it can be overwhelming. That’s why I created the Leaders Circle—to give women like you a space to lead with clarity, purpose, and the support of a community that understands. ✨ This 6-month mastermind program is designed for: - Ambitious women who want to embrace their leadership and achieve their goals - Strategic growth through regular, guided sessions - Accountability and actionable insights to keep you moving forward Ready to feel empowered in your leadership and supported every step of the way? The Leaders Circle starts in October, now’s time to join. Let’s go from surviving to thriving—together.
