#change
I was folding my clothes carefully to place them in my carry-on suitcase. 🧳
My daughter says, “You’ve been to that country already” (hint, it’s not that far… 🚅)
🙄“Yes, it’s true. I have work to do.”
😔Pause. Frown. Shakes her head.
“No, dear, we’re not moving there.”
🤷♂️Though I couldn’t say “I promise”. Why would I?
Just look back 5, 10, 20 years. So much has changed… and we did move a few times.
From an early age, I’m doing my best to teach them to embrace change, while valuing continuity. 🪴
Not that I change things for fun. It just happens.
💡Heraclitus already said it. It’s inevitable.
⚠️And yet… we’re not always equipped to experience it positively.
(Disclaimer: here I close my anecdote.)
Here comes a #learning solution for the ones that still feel, sometimes, a bit uneasy about change (like me).
📢MyStory Season 3 is now a reality!
🚀These 10 new episodes feature a who tackles new #challenges in her company. You'll follow her day-to-day, witness her doubts, mistakes, and trials. But you'll also learn from her experiences.
🔝Strongly recommended to anyone that has faced, is facing or will face change in their role, activity, life…
Better if I just say: strongly recommended.😎
Fun and insightful.

Over the weekend, I saw this incredible movie by Zack Snyder, Dawn of Justice.
Men are still good. We fight, we kill, we betray one another, but we can rebuild. We can do better. We have to.' — Bruce Wayne
Seeing this movie I realized what we can learn from this masterpiece:
1️⃣ Resilience: Bounce back from setbacks and keep pushing forward.
2️⃣ Collaboration: Success comes from working together, even with those we might not see eye-to-eye with.
3️⃣ Purpose: Let a strong sense of purpose drive our work and impact.
4️⃣ Embrace Imperfections: Learn from our mistakes and use them to grow.

"Courage isn’t the absence of fear; it’s the commitment to move forward despite it." – Lessons from Brené Brown’s The Call to Courage
Watching Brené Brown’s The Call to Courage reminded me that courage is a game-changer in both our personal and professional lives. True courage doesn’t mean never feeling afraid; it means choosing to act even when fear is present. In the workplace, this might look like taking on new responsibilities, giving honest feedback, or pursuing an ambitious goal without knowing if you’ll succeed.
Why does courage matter so much? Because it’s the foundation for real growth. It’s the bridge between where we are and where we want to be. Without courage, we stay stuck in what feels safe, missing out on the potential to lead, create, and make an impact. When we take courageous steps, even small ones, we open doors to new opportunities, build deeper connections, and strengthen our resilience.
So, here’s a question for you: What’s one courageous step you’re ready to take? Maybe it’s a career change, a difficult conversation, or stepping into a leadership role. If you’re feeling that call to courage and want support navigating it, let’s connect. Send me a message—I’d love to chat and help you turn that courage into action.

Play Big, Ignore the Small Shit
In The Wolf of Wall Street, there’s a scene where Leo laughs at the Feds on his yacht. While it’s larger-than-life cinema, the mindset resonates with me.
When you’re aiming high, you can’t waste energy on distractions or doubters. Success is about keeping your focus on the big picture and staying confident in your next move.
Ignore the noise, outplay the small-minded, and keep building.

Embrace Daily Expectations: Something Good Is Going To happen To Me! 🌟✨
Ever wondered how powerful expectation can be? Think about Oral Roberts and his iconic opening line: 'Something good is going to happen to you today.' What a profound way to start each broadcast! 📺💫
This wasn't just a greeting; it was a declaration, conditioning his audience to anticipate positive outcomes each day. What if we adopted this mindset? Imagine starting your day with the belief that something good will indeed happen. How might that change your approach to the challenges and opportunities you face? Let's cultivate a spirit of expectation together. Today, and every day, let’s expect good things.
Are you ready to see what unfolds when you live anticipating the best?

Here’s why I don’t believe in categorizing the mindset into positive or negative.
Mindset is like a lens through which we see and process the world around us.
From the moment we open our eyes in the morning, to what we choose to eat, it’s all mindset.
It makes us think, speak and behave in a certain way.
The 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓 of our decisions and actions is 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 or 𝐍𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄.
Therefore, I prefer the term “𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲”. Because a 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐓𝐇𝐘 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐄𝐓 commands a 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄.

Let me put it this way: Interviewing movie stars at their world premieres was *never* the pitts. (Until that one day it was;)
I cherished my work on the red carpet. But my intuitive coaching and workshop facilitation? That leaves me more excited than anything - including meeting Mr Pitt here.
What really makes me starry eyed 🤩 is when my clients tell me they’ve started looking at their challenges in new ways, or that they’ve been able to identify and overcome something that’s been holding them back their whole life. (Oh, and these quotes are from actual clients.)
Ready to premiere a whole new you? Reach out and let’s talk.

This weekend, I rewatched '12 Angry Men'—both the 1957 and 1997 versions. It is probably one of the best films ever created, with deep messages.
12 Angry Men is more than just a courtroom drama, it's a masterclass in leadership, decision-making and human behavior. Here are some important lessons which we can learn from this movie:
1️⃣ The Power of One Voice - One person’s courage to stand alone can influence and inspire others.
2️⃣ Listening - Listen to others perspectives before forming your conclusion.
3️⃣ Think critically - Never blindly accept something that looks obvious. Examine more deeply.
4️⃣ Adaptability - Be open to change when new evidence or perspectives are presented.
5️⃣ Attention to Detail - Even small details can have a big impact on the final result.
6️⃣ Patience - Take your time for better decision-making.
This film teaches us that persistence and open-mindedness are essential in both personal and professional life. If you haven't watched it yet, make sure to do so, it's a must see for any movie lover.
