A few weeks ago, I had the incredible honor of serving as the keynote speaker for over 250 senior leaders at the Navy Supply Corps Leadership Symposium in Virginia. It was an amazing experience sharing the “7 Zones,” a transformative framework that empowers leaders to break free from stagnation, align their genius with their values, and drive impact that resonates deeply within their teams and organizations.
