This is the effect of massive government, happening in every country of the world, and the United States leads in its desecration of limited government by usurpation of the United States Constitution. Elected and unelected bureaucrats are responsible for this devastation of liberty. Government is not a series of buildings, it is individual people making decisions to destroy liberty under the guise of ‘what’s good for them (you).’ Do not blame private enterprise for the failure of politicians to hold to the oath they take. The elected bureaucrats have created a 271+ unconstitutional federal agencies fifedom, to offer their patronage, rent seeking and favoritism. (Hence massive lobbying). What happened a decade ago had boosted the rise of the far-right party, AfD – the German-backed EU bailouts for Southern Euro-countries and the 2015 refugee crisis, with Germany taking in one million migrants. Today members of the AfD hold ethno-nationalist beliefs that see anyone with a migrant background as not "properly German" - even if they hold German citizenship. This prompts the allegation that the AfD wants to create a two-tier society, in which ethnic Germans would have more rights than naturalised citizens. The party will appeal against today's ruling. But the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig will only focus on possible violations of any legal procedure, not the legal content of the ruling itself. It remains to be seen whether the ruling would translate into electoral gains for the AfD ahead of the June European Parliament elections. A number of scandals over a plan to deport non-native Germans, and clandestine activities like alleged spying for China and suspected links to Russia have rocked the country.
