Exam results can be a stressful time, especially if you couldn't clear. Below are some small tips/tricks I found useful while clearing my last exam SA2: To improve your exam writing style and generate more points, consider the following strategies: - Practice with past papers to refine your writing style and identify areas for improvement. - Seek feedback from seniors or mentors to receive constructive insights. - Avoid repetitive points by organizing your answers effectively. - Prepare a list of common points that can be applied to various questions. - Focus on core reading materials, including X series, to strengthen your knowledge. - Don't miss obvious points mentioned in the question. - Use keywords to generate more relevant points. - Be concise in answers to save time. For eg, "Consider the marketability of the new product to potential customers" and another simply starting "marketability" would receive equal marks. Implementing these strategies can help you refine your approach and achieve success in your exams. #SA2 #ExamTips #ActuarialScience #ProfessionalDevelopment

How to study theory subjects 🤔?? It's a very hyped question everywhere whether it's CS, CA, CMA. Let me share with you my experience and strategies with respect to theory subjects📚📚 📌 Index: Yes you heard it right index which is given in our ICSI module I know itne saare index hai but I'll tell you it's very useful. Whenever we study theory subjects it looks too big the syllabus, chapter everything but if you take on step at a time and refer the Index which is given in the ICSI module there are concepts given for each chapter if you daily study 5 to 10 concepts without breaking the cycle you will easily complete the syllabus.😄 📌 Slicing Method: Slicing Method means if a chapter is very lengthy then divide it into no. of pages for example if there is 100 pg chp divide it like 25 pgs daily or 20 pgs as per your convenience this makes you feel calm and you don't burnout by looking those 100 pgs all you have to do is 25 or 20 pgs daily that's it.😁 📌 Watch Related Content Instead of Scrolling: If you are studying for example Company law you can watch web series or a movie after you complete your daily targets I will suggest everyone to watch Suits on Netflix and the Lincoln lawyer which will give you some knowledge as well as you can relate with it.😊 (Note: daily 1 episode usse jyada nahi ) 📌 Revision : Do cumulative Revisions for theory subjects there is no option or no short cut for this daily after completing all your targets before going to bed just go through your notes ekdum fast bass dekh lo kya kiya aaj bass and after getting up in the morning repeat the same thing you will thank yourself during exam time because bohot kam effort lagte hai tabhi recall karne mein kyuki you have reviewed and revised it multiple times.😇 📌 Writing Practice: Again most commonly asked question by every aspirant to their seniors and teachers. Let me give you a simple answer for this kya hai writing practice itna load maat loo yaaro simply daily 1 Answer likhna start karo abhi se till the exam time 80 to 90+ question cover karloge and evaluate it yourself with the model ans given in the scanner or suggested ans of ICSI. Whatever you are studying make sure end your day with writing atleast 1 Ans dekh ke likho Bina dekh ke likho it's totally your choice dekhte dekhte tum important question bhi cover kar loge.😉 I hope this tricks and strategies will help you.I have followed this and the results were awsome ✅️ All the best. 👍😁

"How was I the topper of my college?" 🤔 This is a question I get asked a lot, so here’s how it really happened: 👉 Did I make notes? Yes, I made notes! 📝 I used a mix of softcopy and hardcopy notes. Some topics were easier to read from a PDF, while others I preferred writing down by hand. 👉 Did I study 📚 a lot? Not really. I studied decently but made sure to revise what was taught in class. This gave me a clear idea of what was going on and what the faculty was teaching. 👉 How was my 🖋️ handwriting in exams? My handwriting was good. ✍️ I was careful to keep it neat and straight on plain sheets. My answers were clear and to the point, with diagrams to explain where needed. I didn’t write unnecessary extra details. 👉 Did I study ⏳ one week before the exam? For some subjects, yes. If I had two exams in a day, I prepared one subject a week in advance and the other the night before. 👉 Did I study 📖 the night before exams? Yes, sometimes. But because I revised earlier, I usually had an idea of the topics and just focused on the important parts. This helped me stay calm. For tough subjects, I studied full nights like everyone else. 😅 👉 Did I solve previous 📝 year papers? Yes, solving them gave me confidence. If a similar question came in the paper, I knew I could solve it! 💬 Let me know if you relate to this or if you have questions about preparing for exams. There are more things to share, but I’ll save that for another post. Follow me for more tips—like the last-minute topics suggested by friends that end up coming in exams! 😄 #topper #vit #vitian #cse #collegeexams #placements #awards

I GOT SHAMED IN AN EXAM HALL FOR BEING “TOO GOOD”. ~ Storytime 🗣️ I want to share a quick Storytime. I hope this inspires someone. We live in a country where EDUCATION is essentially considered a “SCAM”. However it has gotten so bad, and to such extent, that those who put in more than the barest minimum, are sometimes shamed for it. I’ve had my fair share of shaming. But the greatest shocks are always the ones that happen inside Exam Halls. First of all, I’m a writer. I love to write. It’s the easiest way to express myself. When preparing for an exam, I WRITE a lot. It’s one of my Reading strategies. I literally write out everything there is to know about the course. And I’m talking about pages upon pages of information. Now, imagine being asked a question in an exam hall, on a concept you answered with 5 pages in your study note already. Most likely, I should write like 2-3 pages as my answer in the exam right? I mean, it’s only fair, seeing that I answered the same question with 5 pages in my study note. Because my mantra has always been that: “The Lecturer Does Not Read Minds”. He would NEVER know how much time I spent on the course, the effort I put in, or how much I deserve a certain grade, until I tell it to him. Or in this case, write it out for him to see. He doesn’t read minds. He reads pages. And my goal is to prove beyond every reasonable doubt, that I’m deserving. But it doesn’t always go so smoothly. Sometimes, I almost have to defend why I write the way I write, in exam halls. Sometimes I almost have to defend why I’m taking an extra set of booklet, to keep writing. I begin to hear comments like: “Do you want to write the whole world in one course?” “I’m not giving you any more extra sheets, manage the one you have and go and submit” “Who are you writing all these for? You think the lecturer will have the time to read all these?” “All these things you’re writing is unnecessary. Your mates have submitted. Why are you still writing?” “Did your teacher ask you to give him his marking scheme back to him?” When I’m faced with situations like this, I don’t despair. And I’m never rude. I don’t begin to feel discouraged or succumb to their mounting pressure. I’m never combative with my words. Most times, I just try giving a simple explanation that: “My handwriting is too big, that’s why I need extra sheets”. I always find a way to work around it, despite what everyone else is saying. ‘Cause I have a singular goal in mind. And when I finally do, the effects are Always rewarding. So for you, I wish that you’d stay focused on Your Goals and dreams. They’re yours for a reason. Who cares what the next negative person thinks about your own dreams and goals and aspirations? NEVER back down, Not even when the world expects you to

Keep on writing Imagine you are in an exam hall after a long semester of lectures, learning, tutorials even. You have been preparing for this exam for months, you have been reading and practicing, you have done everything you know how to do, asked the right questions, studied with other brilliant minds bouncing off ideas and theories between each other. You feel ready though you cannot fully shake off the butterflies in your stomach - it is normal. Finally, you get the question paper, the answer sheet and you start writing, a quick scan of the questions reveals that your preparation was not in vain, you can attempt all the questions with confidence. Suddenly, your pen dims with each letter and in classic fashion you tilt it to an angle and shake it vigorously. As you begin writing the tip falls off and spurts ink all over your answer sheet blurring out two pages of hard work, worst still, you have been writing for an hour and you do not have much time left. What will you do? Well, you may choose that you have had enough of the exam and it is not worth it, then walk out of the hall. You may decide to panic, staying in that state of confusion, unable to think of an alternative to the situation until your time is up Maybe you get angry, as you look around you see others writing away with an intensity that equals what you feel which makes you even more angry. It may feel better to let others around you know how unfortunate you have been. How you just got handed a bad hand by life, how your luck is down in the dumps, throw a little pity party and sulk yourself to oblivion It maybe easy to blame others for example, the pen seller that sold you a bad pen. Your parents for giving you little money which meant you could only afford a cheap pen or even yourself for bringing that particular pen and for not having another one. Or you can simply raise your hand request for a new answer sheet, seek a new pen from someone who has a second and write what you know you know relentlessly, unwavering, and tenaciously. Still your heart as best you can, calm your thoughts, ignore the noise and focus of delivering the best you can in the time you have left. Life often throws curveballs at us, situation, circumstances, incidences that mostimes look insurmountable. You cannot control the things that happen to you, but you can choose how you react. It is when you choose to keep on pressing on that you will have any chance at overcoming. It is in trying again that you improve your outcome, that you create a better chance, that you overcome the things that hold you back. Yes, life is hard, situations that defying logic will come but you must dig inside yourself and keep on writing the beautiful story of your life.
