How to Tailor Your Work-from-Home Schedule to Your Body Clock for Maximum Results Did you know that you’re either an early bird or a night owl? A few do fall in between both. But I had this discussion with my client about this. He felt it’s all nonsense “Just go to bed earlier if you’re not a morning person” he said. Here’s the deal: The problem might not be you. If you’re pushing yourself to do heavy mental work when your brain isn’t fully charged. You will end up working harder than you need to. And that’s why it feels like a struggle. We’re genetically wired differently… It goes as far back as tens of thousands of years ago. Humans needed different people to be alert at different times of the day to stay safe. Our genes haven’t evolved as much as we think. Here’s how to use your chronotype to your advantage: - if you’re more alert in the morning, tackle your most important tasks first, while your brain is at full capacity - If you’re more of a night owl, handle easier task in the morning and save your creative, high focus work for later in the day. - And if you’re somewhere in between, notice when you feel your sharpest. And use that for your toughest work. By aligning your work schedule with your body’s natural rhythm You’ll stop fighting your own energy levels. And start feeling more productive, focused and accomplished by the end of the day. #health #wellness #sleep #productivity

Different kinds of productivity cycle; Tips to maximize them🚀 🌔 Morning Mavericks: are those who take control of the morning hours powerfully and operate at their peak. They usually experience a decline in energy from the morning to afternoon and eventually, fizzles out in the evening. They are also known as midday slump or evening dimmer. 💡 Tip: plan your deep work around your most active hours. Do not put off an important brain-tasking, energy demanding job for later. 🌕 Afternoon Architects: are individuals who highly perform and excel during the middle of the day. Energy fades out towards evening. They are also called Twilight fader. 💡 Tip: while it is important to start the day positively and energetically, build your routine in such a way that your mornings give momentum to your afternoon. This gives you a big leverage for functioning effectively. 🌘 Lunar Lifter: these are a set of individuals who are driven and highly motivated during the night. Their energy begins to drop significantly overnight into the mornings. They are also called the Moonset Melter. 💡 Tip: use the day to do activities that conserves your energy and keeps you steady. I may have overdone it in the sun and ended up dehydrated...😓 Regardless, I had a fantastic time floating down the river with friends!😅 Next day, I decided to prioritize my well-being by getting an IV treatment to quickly recover and get back to feeling my BEST. 🌊✨ Through my years in business.....I've come to appreciate the importance of BOTH peak performance AND peak rest.🤔 It's not just about filling our calendars with activities, even enjoyable ones.....it's about finding moments for reflection, restoration, and relaxation..☺️ When we take better care of ourselves....we can show up MORE energetically and effectively in EVERYTHING we do. 💼💪 What strategies do you use to recharge and optimize your performance? How to burn out fast and still feel unfulfilled: Pack every hour with work, push through exhaustion, and skip anything that doesn’t produce an immediate result. Imagine this life: Grinding non-stop Ignoring time for yourself or family Feeling constantly drained Watching stress—and even body fat—pile up Overworked, stressed, and falling apart. What a horrible way to live. Instead, try this: Carve out time for true relaxation Read, walk, or just be with family Invest in your health as much as you do in work Relaxation isn’t a waste; it’s a necessity for productivity. Work like a lion—focused and powerful—don’t graze endlessly like a cow. The result? More energy, less stress, and a better quality of life.
