A multi-segment marketing strategy may not be the best option for every company or business. However, this article leans into the many strategies given to companies that find this option the best for them. Defining the target market is something that may seem like a no-brainer, but it is just as critical no matter how you choose to segment your markets. Then identifying shared characteristics is the next factor that will be the leading factor in where your customer loyalty will eventually be because you segment based off of those characteristics, and develop strategies within each, and then finally test it.
