A songwriter once said "If nobody claps for you, you clap for yourself" Certainly, it's not every time you get to see people cheering you on. And No, I'm not saying people won't cheer for you. I just saying most times you may not get to see them until you've achieved what you've been chasing. Then you'd see things like: "I knew you could do it..." "I knew you had what it takes..." " You're amazing..." "I'm proud of you..." And even the occasional "That's my friend" "I know that girl" Yes, you know what I mean 😏 So what do you do when you don't see all these at the onset? 🤷🏽♀️ Well, it's not folding your arms, pausing that project because you're not motivated and it is certainly not throwing in the towel/giving up! No! 📌Rather, you do your best and give it your ALL, Look at the bigger picture 📌Go back to the drawing board/vision board 📌Think BIG. 📌 Sometimes imagining/painting a clear picture of your success. 📌Upskilling yourself and getting the right tools.
