𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 (𝐓𝐒𝐌𝐬)
As part of our work to improve key services within #UKSocialHousing, in areas such as Responsive Repairs and Void Management, we set out to identify key evidence supporting the importance of that work for tenants.
⭐️ With the recent publication of the first #TenantSatisfactionMeasures, NolijWork undertook analysis of the published data.
⭐️ Based on feedback, NolijWork are pleased to share a collection of visual insights from that data, illustrating sector performance across all of the Tenant Perception metrics TP01 through TP12 for the LCRA market segment, analysed by Predominant Region.
💡 This also includes a particular illustration of the relationship between Overall Tenant Satisfaction and Satisfaction with Maintenance. This visualises not just NolijWork’s conclusion, but the conclusion published in the government press announcement of the release.
