Following a full telephony flow audit, the introduction of EDATT, and an injection of expertise, Tudor Lodge Health Centre have spent the last 18 months redesigning patient access. The results are remarkable: • 1,600 less inbound calls per month • A 65% reduction in missed calls • and 60% shorter average call queue duration These improvements have not only made patients happier but have improved access and freed up capacity to allow Prash Thurairatnam MBA to reallocate his staff to proactive and preventative care. It is a fantastic example of what can be achieved with the right technology, the right data, and the experts that will make it all work.
