What’s your Word to Wisdom ratio?
Great to be learning from a leadership expert. Dr Kristin Ferguson.
Ask for feedback from those around you to work out your Word to Wisdom ratio. Are you doing most of the talking in meetings? We can all work on it.

Thanks John Hovell, PMP, CKM for sharing Week 4 of our OD TOP TIPS. I'll be honest, it's got some of my favourites!
We'd love to hear what resonates most with you. And thank you for sharing great tips and insights too.
I was working with a great OD&L group this morning (you know who you are!) It reminded me how all our life experiences are so valuable in OD work.

We all have an impact on others, yes.
Does that make us all leaders, possibly.
What are your thoughts on leaders and leadership ?
Anything associated with hierarchy tends to make me question whether we are focusing on what matters.
The word leader brings images of a lone person out the front of a pack.
I feel that people can take the lead from time to time but the lead needs to be shared.
How do we share if we all think we are leaders all the time? We just get lots of people saying "follow me, I know what's best and which way to go". This just creates confusion.
I wonder if there is another word which can foster more equity and humility than leader/leadership?
