Completey agree…and, this type of transformation requires managers to engage in self-reflection and commit to becoming psychologically safer leaders. It is not solely about eliminating toxic behaviors, but also doing the work to actively cultivate trust, respect, engagement, inclusivity and open communication. Additionally, organizations must have a performance management system in place to establish clear expectations and hold leaders accountable. I had the opportunity to take the Plum Talent Assessment and my top three talents are: 1. Embracing Diversity 2. Innovation 3. Persuasion I was surprised to see some talents and the others were easy to spot however, after some reflection, I was able to recognize the talents in my interactions with colleagues, friends and family. I am happy that I completed this assessment as it will help me understand my talents better and how to use them strategically.
