I had the opportunity to take the Plum Talent Assessment and my top three talents are: 1. Embracing Diversity 2. Innovation 3. Persuasion I was surprised to see some talents and the others were easy to spot however, after some reflection, I was able to recognize the talents in my interactions with colleagues, friends and family. I am happy that I completed this assessment as it will help me understand my talents better and how to use them strategically.

I just completed my Plum.io profile, and its science-backed framework computed my top 3 talents: Embracing Diversity; Communication; and Innovation. My results don't surprise me, but what I *do* find interesting is how gratifying it is to have my strengths confirmed! This simply proves what I've always known: diversity is the key to, well... pretty much everything! Great ideas are born when we have diversity of thought, expertise and lived experience at the proverbial table. When we truly hear and value each others' viewpoints and input, that's when the magic happens. I'm fiercely passionate about working with clients to "mine the gems" in their business, because when we're IN our business, we often can't see the valuable diamonds underneath the surface of our day-to-day experience. When you work with a consultant or mentor, you're getting their unique creativity and insight into your business - and that can't be replicated!
