It cost me just £600 to launch our 6-figure agency—and we’re only 2 months old! 🎉 ✨ No ads, no PPC, just good old-fashioned results that do the talking. Honestly, it’s been a wild ride especially with a little one on the way any moment! Reputation and having some good mates in the field have really catapulted Enchant, feeling very grateful! We built Enchant on three things: trust, word of mouth, and the sheer grit to make stuff happen. 💪 Let’s get real—starting a business doesn’t require an infinite budget or wizard-level marketing hacks. What you *really* need is to back yourself, believe in your vision, and be ready to grind—even through the rubbish moments. I left the warmth of a steady paycheck and the sweet sound of a predictable 9-to-5, whilst my partner was 30 weeks pregnant to build something I genuinely believe in - and eventually give me more family time. Most people thought I’d lost the plot, but I knew: -> We’re solving real problems, not just selling fluff. -> We could build a model that gives back to charity. -> I’ve got a dream team that can deliver (and make a mean cup of tea). -> It’s not always glamorous, but it’s 100% worth it. and... I can do this. So, if you’re sitting there wondering if you should jump off the safety ledge and dive into your dream, here’s my advice for what it's worth: *What’s the worst that could happen?* Yes, you’ll make mistakes (we’ve definitely had our share of “oops” moments). But, they’re just awkward steps toward success. The biggest moment for me was just to stop thinking, and go for it. If you need a little pep talk, advice, or a laugh at my expense, you know where to find me. #Entrepreneurship #AgencyAdventures #MakeItHappen

3 Years of Entrepreneurship: Lessons from the Marketing Agency Rollercoaster! Hey LinkedIn! Can't believe it's been three years since we kicked off this wild ride with our marketing agency. Thought I'd share some real talk on what's been keeping us on our toes and the gems we've picked up along the way. Embrace Change Like a BFF: In marketing, change is the only constant. We've learned to roll with the punches, embracing new trends and tech like old friends. It's what keeps us sharp! It's All About Relationships: Behind every successful project, there's a kickass client relationship. Trust, clear communication, and going that extra mile – turns out, they're not just business clichés; they're the real deal. Team Spirit Makes the Dream Work: Shoutout to the incredible team that makes the magic happen! Building a positive vibe and having each other's backs – that's the secret sauce. Data: Our North Star: Numbers aren’t just for the finance folks. They guide our ship. Making decisions backed by data has turned some of our 'good' ideas into 'wow' ideas. Marketing is a Playground: From quirky guerrilla tactics to the latest digital wizardry, finding what clicks is like discovering hidden treasures. It's the thrill of innovation that sets us apart. The Hard Stuff: -Money Matters: Budgeting has been a learning curve. But hey, figuring out how to stretch a dollar is all part of the adventure. Standing Out in the Crowd: Turns out, being a small fish in a big pond isn't all bad. Standing out means staying true to our unique flavor and consistently bringing our A-game. Rolling with the Changes: Our industry moves fast, but we move faster. Adapting to changes keeps us ahead of the game. Success Stories: Every win feels like a victory lap. Proud of the projects that define us. Big cheers to the team for turning ideas into success stories! Here's to more adventures ahead! #Entrepreneurship #MarketingAgency #BusinessJourney #RealTalk #DigitalMarketingMagic ---

🌟 From Dream to Reality: Building a Marketing Agency on a Budget 🌟 When I set out to create Nadine Pierre LTD, a marketing agency for small businesses, I had more passion than funds. Starting a business with minimal resources can feel overwhelming, but I knew one thing: I had a dream, and I wasn’t going to let anything stop me. Here’s what I’ve learned along the way: 1. Start with What You Have You don’t need a fancy office or endless capital to get started. Use what’s available to you—whether it’s your living room as a workspace or leveraging free online tools. I built my foundation by focusing on the essentials: skills, determination, and creativity. 2. Invest in Relationships, Not Just Tools Business success isn’t just about marketing strategies; it’s about people. Building genuine relationships with clients and delivering value goes much further than any paid tool or ad. Your reputation and the word-of-mouth it generates are priceless. 3. Believe in Your Vision There were moments when I doubted myself, especially when funds were tight. But believing in your vision—no matter how big or small—is what will get you through the tough days. Keep reminding yourself of why you started, and let that fuel your progress. 4. Be Patient, But Stay Hungry Growth doesn’t happen overnight. There were days when it felt like things were moving too slowly. But every small win matters, and over time, they add up. Keep learning, adapting, and staying hungry for success. 5. Celebrate the Journey Building a business is as much about the journey as it is about the destination. Every hurdle, every lesson, and every client win has been a step closer to making this dream a reality. Now, what about you? For those of you who’ve built your own business, what lessons have you learned along the way? Can you relate to the challenges of starting with minimal resources? I'd love to hear your experiences—let's inspire each other! 💬👇 Here’s to all the dreamers and doers out there—keep pushing, keep believing, and never give up on your vision. 💪✨ #Entrepreneurship #SmallBusiness #DreamBig #MarketingAgency #StartupLife #BelieveInYourself #Persistence #SuccessJourney #ShareYourJourney

This month marks 2 years of Dream Accelerator and my journey into #entrepreneurship 🥳 Often as I'm busy running the race of what's next, creating more, and becoming more, I forgot to take a pause and reflect on how far we've come as a team and how far I've come as a first-time business owner. 💛 In the last 2 years… I’ve built a business with a team of 5, from just me on day dot. We made over 6-figure in our first year, and multi 6 figures in our second year of business. M I’ve built a system that allows me to retire from being a workaholic, working less than 30 hours a week and travel the world. I’ve built a team of 3 high-quality marketers who I can proudly say that they are thinkers not just doers. I’ve invested $66,000 in myself to uplevel my thinking, my skills, how I manage money, how I help my team grow. I’ve got an extended family, my mastermind, of people who love me and believe in me - a gift that can’t be measured by money. One of my team members bought a house, decorated her home, going on trips. Another one is paying for her university education and helping her parents and building up her savings. From a small social list, we're now connected with over 6000 coaches online. I’ve met and received messages from so many people I haven’t met before but they’ve fallen in love with me and wanted to explore working together. I’ve met people who sing for me and opening up to me with their hearts. We won an award, excellence in marketing for our agency. I’ve created and sold a course, for the first time. I’ve launched a newsletter, for the first time. I run ads, for the first time and getting results from it. I spoke on stage, I’ve been interviewed, for the first time. 🏆 We’ve helped our client 🏆 Build and grow love in their community. Generate a new stream of clients coming in. Restore their faith and purpose on their journey of what is possible. Believe in collaboration again. Know what marketing is and having confidence in marketing and business. Uplevel their dreams of what is possible. Raise their price and have confidence in their worth. Know that they’re not alone, know that help is available. Uplevel their brands. Share their stories that move souls. Reach an audience that they haven’t reached before. 5x their email list filled with their ideal clients. Expand their business potential. Position themselves as the authority and expert in what they do. Share their passion. Having multi-million dollar business owners wanting to partner up with them. Run their first-ever masterclasses. $3.5M later, still lots to learn, but grateful for the progress 💛 👇 Continue in the comment.

Ever felt trapped chasing short-term gains, desperate to know what next months pay will be? Here's how one creator broke free.👇 #CreatorEconomy #Entrepreneurship" "I recently had a conversation with a talented creator who faced a significant challenge with her agency. When she started, the agency was focused solely on securing paid partnerships for her, which sounded like a great deal at first. However, she quickly realized that while these deals brought in money, they didn’t offer the stability or growth she was looking for. She wanted more than just one-off partnerships; she wanted recurring and growing income, the ability to provide genuine value to her audience, and to live on her own terms. That’s where WithMe came in. With our platform, she found a new way to monetize her content that aligned with her values and goals. Instead of just chasing the next paid partnership, she started building a sustainable income stream through recurring subscriptions and memberships. This not only allowed her to have a more predictable income but also to cultivate a deeper connection with her audience, offering them continuous value. Now, she's thriving, living her dream on her own terms, and inspiring countless others to do the same. Her story is a powerful reminder that it's not just about the immediate gains, but about building something lasting and meaningful. To all the creators out there: remember, you have the power to shape your journey. With the right tools and mindset, you can create the life you’ve always wanted. Facing similar challenges? I started my digital marketing company at 22! ✨ Why did I take this leap at such a young age? There were several reasons: ➡️ While working for an agency, I realized I wasn't made for limitations. ➡️ I couldn't survive the toxic work environment. ➡️ I knew I had the potential to work harder and wanted to invest that energy into something meaningful. Of course, doubts crept in too. I questioned myself: ⏩ Am I making the right decision? ⏩ Should I gain more experience by working for other agencies? ⏩ Can I handle the risks of owning a company? ⏩ What if it doesn't work out? These questions haunted me for the past 3 months. But I've decided to channel all my energy into something I own. You can't learn until you dive in. When you're thrown in the deep end, you learn to swim. Since I'm already working with some clients, there's nothing to lose. So, here it is: my digital marketing company, Salvakio Digital 🚀 Let's make waves together! 🌊✨ #digitalmarketingcompany #startup #entrepreneur #socialmediamarketing #growyourbusiness #linkedingrowth #linkedin

**I Love Trying New Businesses** For over 20 years, consulting and sales copywriting have been my bread and butter, but I've always had a passion for exploring new business ventures. I’ve dipped my toes into so many different industries just to see what they’d be like. Some businesses I stopped within the first 30 days, realizing they weren’t a good fit almost immediately. Others stuck around for a few months, giving me time to experiment and learn before I moved on. And then there were a few that lasted years—I either sold them or simply decided to stop when they no longer served my purpose. The reason most of these ventures didn’t work for me is simple: they didn’t align with the lifestyle I’ve worked so hard to create. I didn’t start my business journey just to make money. After 20+ years in the corporate sales grind—a grind that took a serious toll on my health—my priorities shifted. My goal wasn’t just success, but *freedom*. Back in 2012, I was featured in the book *The Laptop Millionaire* because of the lifestyle I’d built around flexibility, freedom, and success. And to this day, that’s still my number one priority. I’ve learned that if a business can’t provide the freedom I value, it’s not worth pursuing, no matter how profitable it might be. I’m always excited to try new ventures, but if they don’t align with my vision for freedom and flexibility, I know it won’t be the right fit. How about you? Do you find yourself constantly trying new things in business, or have you settled into something that brings you lasting joy and fulfillment? I’d love to hear what drives you in your business journey! #EntrepreneurMindset #FreedomLifestyle #NewBusinessVentures #SalesCopywriting #BusinessGrowth #EntrepreneurJourney
