I’ve caught myself a few too many times responding to late-night #work emails, feeling that pull to stay connected around the clock. It’s something I’m working on—because I know that if I’m struggling with it, my team might be too. Creating a culture of #digitalwellbeing isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s essential. I’ve started encouraging my team to take real breaks and disconnect completely when on holiday. I went the extra mile to ask them not to take their laptop with. I’ve seen first hand how these small changes can make a big difference in maintaining a healthy balance and them coming back refreshed. I also promised not to disturb their break.
