Also some explanation to the approach and the need for Film Studio Relief and the importance of the ‘claw back’ should reliefs need to be reappraised following a review of the assessment ( a complex issue ) affecting around 24 Authorities. Also finally some changes to the approach to short term let’s / holiday let accommodation similar to measures now being implemented in other devolved nations. The approach is to address the application of those benefiting from SBRR but there have been and are some unintended consequences which need to be addressed further.
