Measuring your return on investment on Socials can be really tricky. Why? Customer journeys can be complex. The customer can click on multiple ads across platforms before making a purchase. There is also an overwhelming amount of data, which can confuse everything as well. Our recommendation is to keep your measurements simple. Know what you want to measure before you run your campaign, and focus on those specific metrics. Right now, multi-touch attribution models give us a clear picture of the buyer journey and which touch points drove them to convert - but this relies on third party data.
