New AI company pitch meeting
PlaceholderAI
Let us introduce Generic AI! That's right, not generative, generic. Just like every other startup nowadays.
But we are different of course for "to be filled in later" reasons!
We provide AI problems to non-existing solutions! Or is it the other way around? Does it matter?
We are a team of dedicated experts (that is me and ChatGPT...and potentially some others if it goes well) that will tirelessly work on absolutely not scamming venture capitalists.
For the cheap price of a couple of billion dollars, we will make a semi-functional chatbot (totally not a ChatGPT API) that will solve all kinds of real-life problems.
Yes, in the beginning, it might be a couple of hundred low-paid Asian workers doing all the AI-ing, but hey, people can't take the jobs of AI for much longer (looking at you Amazon)!
If it's really necessary for the pitch I promise to learn a couple of tech mumbo-jumbo words to impress you, dear investor - or we can go the xAI way, where I just say things like "it will have all kinds of real-world applications and will probably solve the mysteries of the universe". You choose!
I promise not to invest most of the money in Nvidia and SMCI stocks and spend the rest of it on marketing, just to make sure the noise is big enough so that the share prices go up.
I probably shouldn't have said this out loud.
So what do you say, dear VC exec, are you ready to change my world? I mean the world?
Cool, sign here, please. You have more questions?
Right, the solution essentially revolves around FSB - or Full Self Bribing.
It works like this, you give me the monaaaeey and I promise I'll not tell anyone how stupid you looked during this pitch meeting, and later when the whole thing goes bust and you realize spending billions on a potential service we would sell for 19$ a month was never going to be a good investment.
Just to prove how creative we are, I just came up with the final name for our company. HypetrAIn.
What, this name is already taken? You gotta be kidding.
Then we should call it DotCom2. Well, DotCom2.AI, obviously.
