What comes first the location or the asset? A lot of investors get mixed up and start trying to find a particular type of property accross multiple states and cities. Investing should be the other way around. Select the state Select the city Select the suburbs Even looks to select particular pockets and streets Once we have the area locked down that we are confident will give us the most growth and bang for our buck, then we start selecting the physical asset based on owner occupier appeal, scarsity, value add potential andcharacter. #buyersagent #realestate #propertyinvesting
