In 2018, after 20 years of research and real-time case study 📚 (dating back to 1998) I produced a proposal to increase black representation in the wealth management industry. I sought out to partner with organizations who desired to bring more young people into the world of finance and business leadership. I co-chaired councils, BRG’s and launched Forums to bring awareness and understanding to industry leaders and contributors. As DEI is under attack, I would dare to challenge organizations to operate with knowledge, wisdom and understanding... and the truth. #legacy #impact #dei
