We ate out in an exorbitantly overpriced restaurant.
All I could think of was, I could get this food for half the price elsewhere. 😬
The food was nothing EXTRA special. It was good though!
The ambiance was beautiful.
But the service was lacking. They were clearly short-staffed and overwhelmed.
Whenever I think back to this experience, I get a physically uncomfortable feeling inside.
I'm not the type to spend in an overpriced restaurant. It was a gift.
But the experience was lacking!
They charged premium but the experience didn't FEEL premium.
If you're going to spend twice the amount of money, you want to FEEL pampered.
You want to feel exclusive.
You want to FEEL happy.
You want to TRUST that they're a cut above, you're investing in something worthwhile.
That's how I want my clients to feel.
Taken care of, hand-guided, raised on a pedestal.
When they have a concern, I do my best to address it promptly.
I want them to be THRILLED with the experience, just as much as the flawless deliverable.
Have you ever invested in an overpriced experience?
