Celebrating 5 Years as CMO. As 2024 draws to an end, I am delighted to have completed 5 years (acutally five and a half) as the Chief Marketing Officer at Intellect, a journey filled with incredible learning, growth, and challenges. When I first joined, transitioning from a different corporate culture to a company led by the visionary entrepreneur and founder, Arun Jain, it was a leap into the unknown. But it’s been nothing short of transformational. Arun's ability to inspire and push boundaries taught me rubber band thinking and the power of a strong, passionate leadership. One of the most impactful aspects of this journey has been the integration of First Principles Thinking and Design Thinking into the core of how we solve problems and innovate - be it products or marketing. These frameworks have truly become part of my DNA. I am excited to be part of the Intellect 3.0 journey. The power of a One Intellect brand, the tremendous promise of eMACH.ai that is reshaping financial technology conversations with banks globally and a few good people who had made these 5 years an interesting journey. To my Corporate Marketing team, I’m ever grateful for your continuous dedication, collaboration, and the collective spirit that has made these 5 years so memorable. You are my family! I’m excited to work with our new senior colleagues in marketing - you bring a fresh, forward-thinking and boundaryless approach to the organisation and will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and drive growth.
