We know that physicians are exceedingly busy and overworked, trying to stay up with all they must do in one day. This is a real doctor's review from some random medical billing website. So, what went wrong here? First of all whatever commitment made by billing company was never fulfilled and the most dangerous thing was , credentialing approved for two insurance was never done right and claims got rejected for those two insurance. What a worst experience this doctor had and the trauma, she went through. That is the exact reason , where certified credentialing consultants kick in. I always recommend book someone who knows what he is doing. Let me tell you a brutal truth, most of medical billing companies hire fresh credentialing, billing and coding specialist.
