As We Approach the Christmas Season: A Reminder to Be Kind As we dive into the bustling holiday period, I want to take a moment to remind everyone about the incredible individuals working in Customer Service. These dedicated professionals are putting in countless hours, often on their feet, missing out on festive gatherings with friends and family, and facing burnout as they strive to provide us with exceptional service. So, if your coffee arrives with the wrong syrup, or if your salad doesn’t get swapped for fries, or even if your drink comes with ice when you didn’t ask for it—let’s remember that these hard-working individuals are doing their best to make our experiences special. Let’s spread kindness this season. A little understanding goes a long way and costs nothing at all. #CustomerService #Kindness #HolidaySeason #BeKind Your Friend Danijel Slisko

I’ll always remember my days as a server🍛🍽️💁♀️! Those experiences taught me to always smile😄, use their name 📛,, give them a few words of support, don’t forget to say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’, show empathy & gratitude ✨for the long hard days they endure 💪, be a little kinder💕, and leave a generous tip 💵💖. At Christmas🎄, this is especially important because the holiday rush 🎁⏳ can be overwhelming😫, and a small act of kindness 🙏🙏can make their day a little brighter 🌟😊.

I remember when at university I was pumping gas as a job to pay for my courses, that small act of kindness made the evening, so true.

Holiday cheer and hugs all the way! Kindness comes with being present and sincerely showing someone that they are appreciated, because without them there wouldn’t be the connection with the friends we’ve gathered with ❤️

Absolutely! During the holidays and all year round, it’s important to remember that anyone could be facing challenges they don’t show on the surface. A little kindness can go a long way.
